How I Help
At Evenstar HR, healthy communication strategies highlighting accountability and respect are woven into each service to inspire employee engagement.
I offer:
Documentation. Clarify employment rights and responsibilities and reduce your liability with compliant HR documents and policies. From entry/exit forms to employee handbooks, I can help you create documents tailored to reflect your culture, your industry, and the law.
‘The Evenstar Package’ is a popular place to start: personnel record management guidance, custom employee handbook, entry/exit forms, competency-rich job description template and performance protocols.
Training. Boost productivity and ensure your teams understand how to comply with policies and statutory regulation. I love to provide down to earth, interactive presentations and training to your employees based on your needs. Presentation topics include Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Building a Positive Culture, S.M.A.R.T. Goals, and beyond.
Are you doing everything you can to keep your good employees? A customized supervisor training could move the needle on ensuring a positive culture and productive relationships.
Coaching. Professionally develop your teams through individual or group coaching sessions. Sessions are designed for management and emerging leaders. Coaching is instrumental to succession planning and retaining your top talent.
A coaching program is typically twelve 90-minute sessions bi-weekly. Clients apply coaching tools to current performance goals and work relationships.
